Didnt show and charged me for the pickup

Last night, my wife and I needed to be somewhere in Paris on time. I used the App at 22:09 to request a taxi. The app said a taxi would arrive in four minutes. At 22:25, I cancelled the request when no taxi had shown up. Then my credit card was billed 7 Euros for the pickup. By that time, I had used Uber to get a ride and was on my way to my destination. Had I waited for G7, I would not have made my appointment, which would have meant I would have paid 254 Euros for an event we would have missed because no one is seated after the performance begins. This is inexcusable and I will challenge the charge through my bank.
