So what? What is the point for all those foreign iPhone users in Paris to get this app, if it will not let you access the taxi service unless you have a FRENCH mobile telephone number? Vive légocentrisme français! Génial! Mais malheureusement des milliers de touristes étrangers ne peuvent pas sen servir, parce quils nont pas de numéro mobile français. Pourquoi ne peut-on pas accéder au service avec un iPhone étranger???!!

Tried nearly every Taxi App for Paris. This one works fine within the first attempt, thanks from someone who can not speak french. By the way the most of the App is in Englisch :)

They charge via in app sale the costumer for ordering a taxi. stupid business model. you can also not pay via the app. the worst thing: they start the meter when you make the booking. so i had 6,50 on the meter without driving any meter. hopefully hailo, get raxi or mytaxi will jump on the market and show g7 what vustomer service means.

First: your password is saved in clear text. Thus, it is basically public (how does apple not check this before approving the App?). Second: the taxi arrived with the meter running already. In which city is this normal?

Registration with an international mobile number not possible, time selection not working.

Spinner keeps on spinning. Password field never validates when trying to create a new account. Tried in iPhone 6 and iPhone 5 and both have same issue.

Very useful and great service. Just a big bug you should fix as son as possible. In this version is not possible to add a searched address to the favorites. It is really annoying to see my old favorites in my log with no possibility to add more or delete those I dont use anymore. If you bring that option back you will deserve 5 stars. Promise!

I just returned from a trip to Paris and had great luck using this app. It works very similar to Uber and it gives you the driver, description of car and license tag number; all necessary information to know before getting into a car. All my drivers were very good and I had zero problems on my rides. I was always able to input my destination before my taxi arrival which makes things so simple. It is Reasonably priced too. 2 times I couldnt get an Internet connection on my phone and couldnt use the app but that is not a criticism of the app, of course you need an Internet connection for it to work! I contacted customer service one time before my trip and she was so very helpful and made me feel very welcome to contact again if I had any issues. She contacted me by phone which I was surprised at that high level of customer service. A Great experience.

Last night, my wife and I needed to be somewhere in Paris on time. I used the App at 22:09 to request a taxi. The app said a taxi would arrive in four minutes. At 22:25, I cancelled the request when no taxi had shown up. Then my credit card was billed 7 Euros for the pickup. By that time, I had used Uber to get a ride and was on my way to my destination. Had I waited for G7, I would not have made my appointment, which would have meant I would have paid 254 Euros for an event we would have missed because no one is seated after the performance begins. This is inexcusable and I will challenge the charge through my bank.

Pay for points to make priority reservations and then it says I cant make one. I call instead and they send one right away. Might be a scam if its not bad software.

Pay to use this app or make a free call? Stupid business model. Dont buy this application! Payer pour réserver via cette appli ou appeler gratuitement ? Nul. Nachetez pas cette application !

Quite useful, if it would not crash all the time....

Waste of money. I tried it twice in Paris and the taxi never showed.

Two days ahead I set up taxi to CDG for 4am. I could track drivers progress on iPhone...he arrived at 3:55 and was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely use service again. I did call a day ahead to be sure reservation was in place. Compared to phone call, this app was much less ambiguous in selecting pick up point. For me, there were several similar addresses in Paris. Using the mapping function allowed certainty as to the correct one. The phone operater asked me my address, but seemed unsure which one to choose from her database until she checked my reservation selection from this App.

The first problem with this app is its system of "credits." To order a cab in advance you must have paid G7 €2,50 per cab ordered before it will work. Second, it doesn allow you to specify the number and size of bags, or number of passengers, to insure the cab that arrives is adequate to the task. Among their terms is their right to send you two cabs and to double the bill if the cab is too small for your needs.

We used this app for the first time and were very disappointed. The driver charged us 6 euros for an extra person and then 5 euros to drive to meet us. He got lost and we had to pay. The meter starts from when you order the taxi. We wont use this again.

Only way to get around in Paris!

I tried to use it in Paris in May. I could not create an account because it would not accept a U.S. cellphone number. If you want to fight Uber, you need to make your app more user friendly for tourists.

My AMEX just expired and I tried to add the new one - but its no longer an option. I dont want to use Uber but Amex is required for business so sadly I will not be using this app again.

This app works wonderfully, we use it all the time and G7 has yet to let us down.
