Poorly designed app

The first problem with this app is its system of "credits." To order a cab in advance you must have paid G7 €2,50 per cab ordered before it will work.

Second, it doesn allow you to specify the number and size of bags, or number of passengers, to insure the cab that arrives is adequate to the task. Among their terms is their right to send you two cabs and to double the bill if the cab is too small for your needs.
